It's not the lightest stroller but it has enough features that it is worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with ease, unlike many other lightweight strollers that diverge when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's difficult to push when your legs hang in this manner. And the lack of padding makes it even more difficult.
During our tests during our testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. Close it is a little more difficult. You have to slide the slider before you press the large white button. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.

It's a little narrow, though, and you'll likely have to put something in it to reach back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for traveling. It's super light at just 18lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate kids of different heights. Plus, it has one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also fantastic for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. The stroller does not accept car seats, so your little ones must be six months old and have a solid neck control to ride in the front seat. Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxe details that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily, very maneuverable, and is easily able to fit in the overhead compartments and trunks of planes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it offers greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.

If you're seeking a stroller which is lightweight but also loaded with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+.
